Tros Gynnal Plant is a leading Welsh children’s charity working with children, young people and families who may be experiencing difficulties in accessing appropriate services in health, education and social care - these include children in care, disabled children, those with emotional health needs and those seeking asylum.

We are looking to recruit a trainer and facilitator for the National Approach implementation support team. This post will cover Mid and North Wales, and will assist with the National training programme around the National Approach to statutory advocacy.

Independent Visitor Volunteers

Are you interested in giving some of your time as a volunteer to work with vulnerable young people “looked after” in Carmarthenshire, Powys, Ceredigion or Pembrokeshire who have no or little contact with their birth families? As an Independent Visitor you will be teamed up with a particular young person, who you will befriend and visit on a regular basis.

You will receive training, support and expenses for travel and activities. You must be 18 or over, reliable and able to communicate well with young people.
