Advocacy Worker - Carmarthenshire

£23,398 - £27,668 (pro rata for part-time) 28 Hours Per Week 

Tros Gynnal Plant has been providing services to vulnerable children, young people and families across Wales for 15 years.

Candidates must have an interest in children’s rights and supporting children to have a voice. You will need to have experience of direct work with children and young people, a good understanding of advocacy and experience of multi-agency working.

You will be part of a team of dedicated staff who work with vulnerable children and young people.

Western Bay Advocay Service 

Project Administrator - Swansea 

£17,772 - £20,661 (pro rata for part-time) 16 Hours Per Week

Tros Gynnal Plant has been providing services to vulnerable children, young people and families across Wales for 15 years.

We are seeking to recruit an effective and efficient administrator who will support the smooth running of the Western Bay Advocacy Service functions of the organisation.

You should have at least 2 years of administrative experience including organising meetings and/or events, minute taking and using IT software such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Independent Visitor Volunteers

Are you interested in giving some of your time as a volunteer to work with vulnerable young people “looked after” in Carmarthenshire, Powys, Ceredigion or Pembrokeshire who have no or little contact with their birth families? As an Independent Visitor you will be teamed up with a particular young person, who you will befriend and visit on a regular basis.

You will receive training, support and expenses for travel and activities. You must be 18 or over, reliable and able to communicate well with young people.
