Candidates must have an interest in Children's rights and supporting children to have a voice. You will need to have experience of direct work with children and young people, a good understanding of advocacy and experience of multi-agency working.

CARDIFF (Head Office)

FINANCE AND FACILITIES MANAGER

Due to the retirement of the current post-holder, we are seeking to recruit a suitably qualified Finance and Facilities Manager to this key post.

The post holder will be responsible for financial oversight of Tros Gynnal Plant, day-to-day financial administration and the management and administration of all utility contracts. They will be responsible for working with and supporting Managers to manage their individual budgets and ensure that timely financial reports are completed as required.

Day-to-day finance tasks include recording income and expenditure items using our online accounting system, using internet banking, handling staff and volunteer expenses, issuing invoices and ensuring that these are paid promptly.

Experience of the charity/public sector and excellent knowledge of Sage line 50 is essential.

 

CARDIFF

The Restorative Approaches Veterans and Families Service (RAVFS)

We have recently been awarded funding to develop and deliver a new service for Veterans and their families – The Restorative Approaches Veterans and Families Service -  and are looking for a Team Manager and a  Restorative Practitioner who can develop and deliver this exciting new service in Cardiff.

TEAM MANAGER- 18 HOURS
£28,485 (subject to job evaluation) 
(pro rata)

As Team Manager you will be responsible for the development and implementation of the service including systems for effective evaluation, key line management responsibilities and ensuring that the service’s practice standards, aims,objectives and outcomes are achieved.

RESTORATIVE PRACTITIONER- 37 HOURS
£23,398- £27,668

As Restorative Practitioner you will support the Team Manager in the development and implementation of the service and ensure that the service’s practice standards, aims,objectives and outcomes are achieved.
